Thanks, Brian and Adella _______________________________________________________________________ October 11th, 2009 Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence installed a 5ft. four board paddock fence with black-vinyl-coated wire between the boards and the posts, around the perimeter of our backyard, about half an acre, replacing an old 4ft. chain-link fence, which was falling down in places. Mid-Atlantic replaced the fromt sections of this fence, with taller, decorative fence, shortly after we moved into our house six years ago. They did great work both times at a competitve price. One of our dogs had started jumping the fence, and we needed something taller. We didn’t want a privacy fence.We back onto the woods and the houses in our neighborhood are far apart. The price to use the decrative fencing for the entire yard didn’t work for our budget. Mike brainstormed with us about options. This fence is a great solution. It doesn’t block our view of the woods and we can now leave our dog outside again. The work was almost completed in one day, though they came back the following day to finnish a few details. My husband was cutting limbs off trees, so they wouldn’t fall and damage the new fence, as they had the old one. A branch fell on the front section of the fence, which we were keeping,and damaged it! Mid-Atlantic had a section of the same fencing in stock, and replaced it with no additional labor charge. They even cut down one last limb my husband haden’t been able to get, that looked likely to fall in the next strorm We couln’t be happier with our new fence. They showed up right on time, walked me through where everything would go and how it would look, and then worked non-stop for the whole day. May 12, 2009 I recently had 210 feet of board and batten fence installed in my back yard by Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence I am very happy with the final product. In 2003, Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence installed a deck for us that we enjoy to this day. Yesterday, Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence put up nearly 200-foot long fence around my backyard in less than 12 hours. What is most surprising is that quite a bit of rotting, falling-apart split rail had to be hauled away by your capable crew, and the mulch pile in the woods forced the crew to have to dig down to remove a lot of debris to set the footers. I belive a couple of small trees that were dead had to be removed as well as they were impending the progress. I must say that the workman sent to my house the morning of March 10 were upbeat, cheerful and ready to work. I only recieved one call to clarify which side of the fence I would like to face inward. Everyone from the salesman (David Yost) to the scheduling manager (Randy Fike) to the crew that came to install my fence were all confident and capable professionals, ready to meet my every need.
